So far, the graphics, the Pokemon being able to walk behind you, the Pokewalker and the auto-run feature.
Oh, and I love how the touch screen has alot of use, too.
The beautiful graphics they have. But most importantly, the new Follow-Me Feature they have. :D It's awesome to see all those Pokemon overworlds following you, shiny/non-shiny. ;P
