3rd Gen Which starter did you choose?

When I first got Ruby I picked Treeko and the first time I played Emerald I picked Mudkip. Also, the first time I played through Fire Red I chose Charmander.

I chose Sceptile in Emerald, and OF COURSE Charizard in Firered. They're both so cool :P

Great minds think alike!! :D Except my Charizard was on Leaf Green but ah well lol :D

Torchic and Charmander. Because i'm bias/always have to pick the Fire starter at the beginning of the game in every generation the first time I play it :D(Expect for Gen II.)

I could not remember if I chose Mudkip or Torchic first, but for FRLG, it was definitely Charmander.

I chose Bulbasaur and Mudkip. I didn't really like the other starters in Hoenn so I chose Mudkip. However in the Kanto series, I liked all of the starters but didn't want to have a crappy grass pokemon on my team so I chose Bulbasaur.

Charmander and Torchic, gotta love Blaziken and Charizard *Drool*

I used Treecko for Emerald and Charmander in Firered.

Ruby: Torchic - I just love the design of Blaziken
Ruby restart: Treecko - Wanted to try it out after seeing Satoshi capture it in the advanced generation anime.
Fire Red: Charmander - Solely on the purpose of getting "Fire Red" version. (And because I chose it in Red version for the same reason being Red, though being nostalgic too. )xD
Emerald: Mudkip - I just really wanted to try it out since I didn't use it in Ruby, I did really love it, and It's actually been transfered now onto SS and now White.

usually torchick, sometimes treecko depending on my mood at the time.
fun fact: i have never used a water starter in any pokemon game.

Charmander, and I always chose it.
On the other hand, I chose Torchic at first because I thought Blaziken was amazing, but everytime I replay, I always choose Mudkip, although I do like all the Hoenn starters.
