And just because something evolves doesn't mean it isn't legendary. We got close enough with Manaphy...

first off I am NEVER forgiving gardenia for thinking they are legends, but there are two ways that they will effect the metagame.

1-Their gimmick ability is so useful it becomes OU but later some smogon guy will make a guide on how to spot a Zoroark quickly
2-They get permabanned from the metagame

Well they are hard to get, seeing as you need Movie Celebi and/or one of the Crown Beasts to get one.
Hopefully they will be quite strong.

Its the only possible explanation I can come up with for these pokemon.

I found out how to get the Pokemon needed for the Zorua and Zoroark Events.

Updated in the last CoroCoro, they gave info on another Transfer method other than the Pokeshifter. This transfer method ONLY ALLOWS you to bring over the Shiny Beast and Celebi from D/P/Pt/HG/SS.

So you CAN get Zorua and Zoroark before the National Dex.
