is this a common misprint on lugia

on my lugia card it says it is 149/147 is this common or rare

it is the one with the steam attack

If that is from the Aquapolis set, with the "Crystal Power" Poke-BODY (I think that's what it's called), then its no typo. It's considered "ultra-rare", and there are only 2-3 of its type per box (36 boosters).
