    All want to know! Who would win? Only 2 rivals have interested me n the anime. Gary and Paul! Now what if paul could see Gary in battle and challenge him? WHO WOULD WIN!

    Its such a powerful tie you choose!
     
    ah! But Paul has travled and completed Kanto, Johoto and Hoenn aswell. So its a real even match!
     
    My vote goes for Shinji/Paul simply because he's a poohead and would probably use some dirty trick at the expense of his Pokémon.

    I'd like to think Shigeru/Gary fights at least somewhat fairly.
     
    Paul would win, although he wants to make the absolute most out of Pokemon, it shows that his Pokemon will be only the best. Plus he's had all good experience.
