    Um, there is, it's a popup. You can change the settings to make it appear as one. But for post alert? I have no clue what you're on about. XD;

    Well, you can click the username and a drop down menu says "Send a Private Message to..."

    You just have to forward that pm to Assistant Admin and up I think. (Maybe Super Moderator?)
