go to the bottom and click edit. and if its not there, you gotta post more.

It's only after a short period of time (10-15 minutes, I think) after posting a thread that you can edit the title. After that time has passed, editing the title is no longer possible and you'll have to politely request that the moderator of that section (or an upper staff member), changes it for you.

I don't understand why the changing period for topics is so short. IMHO it should be atleast twelve hours. That way, if someone leaves right after they post the topic, they can come back relatively soon and change the title.
