Before last week, I hadn't played much of my PKMN gba copies.
I am ready for the League's 4 best. I fought Gary right before my trip to the road, and He nearly cleared my party.

So I need to start to train for the league, most of my team is around 30-35, except my level 50 Graveler and 50 Kadabra.

If you can help, let me know. Any tips help! :D

Train your lvl 30 pokemon on the pokemon in victory road, once you make it out. Then you can run to the pokemon center/league and the cave back and forth to train easier.
I beat them my first time using pokemon in their 40-50's, I just had to use a pokemon and attack that would be super effective. Tell me your team so we can get further into this.

Ah yes, well I have played the FR/LG games a lot before myself.
Now, before going to the league I recommend having your leading pokemon in your party a minimum of level 60. It's always good to have he/she around level 63-65.
Then have a good fire, rock/ground, grass, electric, water and ghost/psychic types.

Here are some team mixes I would suggest for the league.

Charizard
Zapdos
Rhydon
Alakazam
Victrybell
Cloyster

Blastoise
Zapdos
Onix
Alakazam
Tangela (Believe it or not)
Arcanine

Venasaur
Zapdos
Golem
Gengar
Rapidash
Dewgong

This teams I have all won with before.

May I particularly suggest the Fire Leader team of Charizard and Company.
That's me though.

My main team members are
Golem (Earthquake and Magnitude)
Alakazam (Psychic, Recover, Psybeam)

I have the Zapdos, but I caught it and all it knows is drill peck.
Bulbasaur was my starter, and I traded a Charmander (now level 32 Charmeleon) from myself to myself. I can keep training him. I also was hoping to get my Gengar up higher, and my Growlithe. My Pidgeot is 37 and my Gyarados is 35.

okay, train around 50
lorelei is ice and water so you need a good electric type that knows thunder.
# 2 is rock/ground/fighting just use a good water type with surf or hydro pump
#3 is ghost and psychic so use an alakazam that knows psychic
#4 is dragon, so use ice beam and blizzard, or other dragons
#5 is a combination of all, so just freshen up on weaknesses and resistances

good luck

I trained my traded Charizard to around 42, he seems a lot stronger than I anticipated. So I'll use him for sure, I'm just not sure who I should invest training time in:

Pikachu
- Evolve that into a Raichu once it learns it's last move

Zapdos - Not sure, id have to check his moveset.

Electabuzz - Possibly strong, i've never used it, but its in my box (lvl 32)

Ow...Not even a Charizard? This is bad...

First off, get Alakazam and Golem, period.

Get Charizard, so it can at least stand up to Lolreli's Jynx.

Find a Gengar please, it's very helpful with the right spread.

Zapdos is good, best of the birds. Teach it Thunderbolt, Drill Peck, and whatever else you need.

Get Gyarados NAOW. It's seriously AWESOME against Bruno, Agatha (with Bite), Lance, and even Gary.

Train them Level 50+

Charizard is perhaps the most dominant starter for E4 passing you can get. Charizard should be a minimum of level 60, perhaps as high as 65. Kadabra, if you don't evolve it, should be 60, Alakazam could be as low as 50. Golem at 50 as well, Graveller at 60 if you don't evolve. I used a Primeape, and if you go that route then get it to level 55. The others you can experiment with, perhaps throwing a Zapdos or something in and training them to 50+ (Zapdos you don't have to worry about this; it's already level 50 at catch.)

Good luck on your E4 training, and let us know how you fared, along with the Pokemon and levels you used.
