is this spam or not?, or is it spam?, heres a tip from jolt!!!: go to the left of mauville, cross the water and theres grass, i always find him there, now will a moddy close this?

it is not SPAM because it's a valid question... just not a very good valid question. Go look in the FAQ to see a *very* detailed guide on how to catch the 2 Eon Pokemon. Really you just have to be patient when you're looking for them. They can appear on any grass/water routes pretty much.
