If no level listed at 100 and stats are in decending order from Hp to Spe. Also I'm not 100% on the evs and iv's for Snorlax but they should be close.

Just a heads up.
I think you got your Dusty Flygon's stats wrong. At level 100 with Jolly, max EVs and IVs in Attack and speed, they should be 299 and 328 respectively.

do you want a crown entie or suicune for it??
