    So what is it? The most unused pokemon ?

    For me its mostly the Hoenn ones :
    Like Spinda and Illuminise

    Spinda cause it looks weird and does not have any evolutions:p

    Illuminise cause it looks even weirder and sounds sad :p


    So whats yours??
