    Ok so I started making animated pokemon like they are in Pokemon Black and White and since some people might like to have there pokemon animated in that style in their fangame, i decided to make a tutorial on how I make mine.
    Here it is.

    There is no way to do that(with sprites that is). The only way to make that look okay with this method is to rotate/scale/etc your part in question, ideally with "interpolation" turned off (so it doesn't antialias the edits), and then fix it up manually afterwards.
    But, um... With what program?
