Issue: people sending me harassing messages, keep reporting them, nothing done

Just received three messages harassing me from someone with 0 posts and I reported them but NOTHING is being done!!! the new member sending me harassing pictures and calling me a retard is STILL A MEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
