Pet Room

I saw in some of your signatures the cute things you get from pet room, and I want to get one myself, but unfortunatly, I don't understand Japanese. Can someone help me?

I forgot who had it, but someone had this cute talking Gardevoir girl in her siggy, and it was talking in Japanese. I clicked on the link next to it, and it came up with somthing that had a pet room.. I wanted one of those cute talking Pokemon too...
