    GONBE FEST 2006



    The second Gonbe (munchlax) picture of GONBE FEST 2006!
    This time Gone is rich, therefore it rests on its boat meanwhile it is eating sushi and drinking alcohol.
    This is the fundamentals of Gonbe's lifestyle: eat, rest...eat, rest...eat, rest...



    I colored the last picture which I drew.
    I hope you like it.

    Motherhood of Flareon

    The bond between Eevee and its mother Flareon.
    That's why the title is motherhood.
    And I used a Kanji symbols "HaHa" which means "mother".
    This is the black and white version, but I will color it.

    Vaporeon under Ocean

    This is a fat vaporeon which sits on coral reefs near ocean floor.
    The pose is original.
    And, backround is a painting verison of real life background.

    Umbreon Under Moonlight

    I drew an eeveeluiton again: Umbreon.
    But this time I don't look at Sugimori art , just an original pose which I drew first during history lesson.
    I add a painting version of a real life backround to emphasize "moonlight" part of umbreon.
    And I draw its eyes as big as possible.
    I hope you like it.

    • I love your work, GonbeTR :D Awesome stuff! My faves are your Eeveelutions. ^_^ They look great! I like the soft colouring on Goldeen, too...and the Skitty pics are adorable! You have a lot of talent, and I know you'll go far with it. :D

    Just a note - in your topic title, you won't be able to edit the "NEW" part ^^ Only mods can change the title of threads. :) If you want I can edit that part out for you so that you won't be stuck with it when you have new art to show.

    Ooh, I like the style of your two newest drawings. And the backgrounds are awesome, very realistic indeed, but still painterly. You have a good eye for detail. Keep up the great work!

    Since Gonbe's lifestyle is similar to Carpe diem, it experiences all pleasures of life.

    I tried to make it more romantic by chosing red as the dominating color.
    Even though, how can Gonbe - munchlax- be romantic? :P
