I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place but I dont know where else to put it.
Some people with certain internet connections have problems downloading from these places.
I have had this problem too
But I found a way to fix it.
Keep your internet running,open IE (internet explorer),copy and paste the download link, and finally click GO!
It works for me!
