is there a place were i can lv up in emerald without goin to the leage

You best method to level up quicker is to fight trainers in secret bases that you mix records with, heres a good example.

lol the secret base pokemons r to strong they all r lv 100

idk if you can battle in the sky pillar, but thats another place to go. Plus the Base pokemon dont have to be lvl 100, their the same levels as your friends pokemon, but its recommend for having high levels X_x

what i did was keep battling the strong trainers. like if u came across a 2-2 battle then do those and keep doin them
