Today, I've been craving Pokémon.

I'd probably pick up Pearl if I didn't have an essay to type. The Platinum news has really gotten me in the spirit of things again. :D

I really miss watching the Pokémon anime. It was my childhood! I know when I get the spare change, I want to pick up the first season of Pokémon, just to see if I'd still enjoy it. I probably would.

I almost picked up the first Pokémon movie at Target. It was only $8, I think? Pretty decent, I thought. I'm afraid I'd die of squee overload, though. It was one of my favorite movies, and I absorbed a lot of the psychic stuff into my current psychic combat system. Seeing Mew and Mewtwo fight would probably make me explode. How sad. XD

I still don't know why I have a Dawn 'theme', though. I haven't watched the anime since halfway or so through Advanced Generation, or whatever the Hoenn season was called. I think I just like how she looks.

I really should make a Misty theme, though. I had no problems with May, but I preferred Misty, for some reason. Probably the whole fanfic thing. But that'll have to wait.

The Pokemon anime... I retired from the anime during the Battle Frontier saga. It kinda got dull in my eyes.

It got dull to me during Advanced, really. I realized it was basically the same stuff over and over, and the new characters weren't drawing me in.

It was so bad, when I saw a new episode from the D/P anime, I watched five seconds and changed the channel. @___@ But on the same summer, I watched some of the first season episodes. I ♥ nostalgia.
