After a VERY LONG TIME, I am back with another installment of "Guilty Pleasures".
With the 4th of July near, towns and cities in America are getting out the fireworks and blowing them up in the air. It's also time for traditional fair foods like fries, burgers, hot dogs, lemonade and my personal favorite, fried dough.
But isn't now bad to eat fatty foods since the Government is getting involved by trying to make us eat healthy? So that means we can't have fried dough.
But fried dough is so good to eat. I mean, sure it's a piece of dough fried in a fryer and sometimes brushed with some butter, but once you slap on that powered sugar and add cinnamon sugar and take a big bite... oh, god. I love the taste of the dough, powered sugar and cinnamon sugar in my mouth as I chew that piece of heaven.
Now I know that Obama and his wife won't take kindly to us stuffing our faces with fried dough, but he probably won't be in office for much longer if he keeps on screwing up everything.
So if you're planning on going to a fireworks show, do yourself a favor and go eat some fried dough, that freshly fried piece of sugary heaven.
