Phillip Lloyd Ferguson, 59, is wanted for running fraudulent investment firms.
EDIT: Phillip Ferguson is DECEASED due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound during a confrontation with police on May 30, 2012.
Farhad "Fred" Monem, 51, is wanted for an extortion scheme involving food purchases for the Oregon state prison system.
Krzysztof "Kris" Sarnecki, 44, is wanted for attempted bribery of a government official.
Jie Dong, 46, is wanted for running an eBay fraud scheme.
Larry Deffenbaugh, 58, is wanted for fraud related to the Maryland cemetery he operated.

Darin Vance DeVoe, 46, is wanted for operating fraudulent investment firms.
