[css-div=width:70%;padding-top:30px;padding-bottom:30px;]I used to make AMVs. Crappy ones. But I got a little better at them over time. Then I started liking Video Games and started making Video game trailers. I sucked. It was very hard to incorporate dialogue while maintaining the pacing and not letting a sound overwhelm another. But I couldn't. Making fan trailers which actually try to convey some story-elements of a game, apart from concentrating on matching the musical beats to the action on screen, is a hard task imo.
Then I made this.
Pretty much my best trailer which I bothered to upload on youtube. It DOES have some faults like the japanese text which pops up in the middle and title of the game is missing from the video since I forgot about it (yeah, laugh all you want :@).But I did put quite a lot of time and effort into it. And most of those who've seen it tend to like it. I even showed it to my irl friends because I was happy with all the praise I was receiving. But MOST of the people I've shown this video to are fans of the said game. So I don't think I've heard an unbiased opinion about it. I'd really like to see what people who are not really aware of the game think about this little baby here. I know quite a lot of people will probably be like "Too lazy to watch" or "Not interested" when they see some random guy at internet advertising (I'm not really advertising, just want opinions. "Advertisement" is what probably the reader might think) their videos. But it is just two and a half minutes, right? Most people, I assume have a pretty good internet connection so it won't really take long to buffer anyway, yeah? Tell me about it. >D[/css-div]
