Beta team, go!

So, I've beaten Alder three times now (as well as Cynthia two times) and I want a bit of a new thing, so I've decided to raise a completely new team to take on the E4 (and Cynthia). The only rules are: the critters can't be ones I've used before, must be Unova-native and can't have the same type more than once.

So far, I have these five planned:

• Whimsicott
• Jellicent
• Beheeyem
• Hydreigon
• Volcarona

And... I need one more. My old team consisted of Aerodactyl, Kingdra, Lucario, Chandelure, Eelektross and Krookodile, so they are no-goes. Also, I thought about Archeops, but it's kinda similar to Aerodactyl so... out it goes!

Thoughts?

Archeops is actually alright. I find its ability to be a hindrance though. I say go for it anyway.

Zebstrika is always nice choice for an underused Unova pokemon. :D

You could use Vanilluxe 4 cute. :3

Vanilluxe is a possibility. Definitely considering it. Zebstrika's way too brittle... got rid of it during the first-run. Archeops does seem cool, but I'd probably end up using it similarly to Aerodactyl, which is my main reason for avoiding it now. (Wrong order, but whatevs!)

Also, my first-run team went like: Samurott, Excadrill, Darmanitan, Scrafty, Sigilyph, Galvantula... so none of them either, please!

Zebstrika is bull honky. I hated using it in my challenge. Worthless.

And hmmm. Perhaps you should snatch up a Braviary. idk if you have Black or White though, but I'm sure you could easily get a Rufflet through the quick trade thread if you're playing Black.

Also, if you need some kind of idea on how certain Pokemon are in E4 runs, check out my Hall of Fame folder in my blog. I've used a good portion of the Unova Dex at this point, and in that blog you might get a good idea of what's good and what's...not. lol

Sounds like a hall of fame challenge to me.
