A new idea for a Pokemon game

I have a great idea for a video game. Since it's about Pokemon I thought I would post it here. This game would have a 3D look to it to it. It would start off like any other Pokemon game. You talk to a professor and he tells you all about the Pokemon, asks you for your name then sets you on your marry way. But the difference would be that the Pokemon wouldn't be hiding in the grass. Most Pokemon would be roaming around. Depending on their size they might run away or they might attack the player. Now a pidgey will run away because of how small they usually are. However you can try to run after it and if you catch up then you can battle it and have a chance at catching it, But maybe a tyrannitar would chase you. You could either battle it or run away. You would have 6 Pokemon just like the original games. Something else that would be new would be online play. While walking around any of the regions( possibly all of the regions with all of the 600 some Pokemon) you can walk with and talk to other players along with the original NPC's that were normally in that region. I would like the battle scenes to be improved on a little. It'd be cool if you were talking to an NPC in front of a house, then in that battle you can see the house right behind them. That'd be much better than the current battle scenes.

Below is a screen shot of what felt like a safari zone. I can't say the name of the game because everything is in Japanese.

As you can see Pokemon are roaming around, if they spot you, they run away. But I want that changed a little bit because it doesn't make sense for a 300 lb agron to run away from a 210lb human.

Just off of the top of my head unity MIGHT be needed for something like this. I haven't done to much research on that. How ever blender and gimp would most likely be used for 3D modeling. I'm trying to become a coder myself, something stupid happened with my laptop...i don't feel like fixing it so I'm just going to save up for a much better desktop. I'd want to help in anyway possible on this. All I need is a team of open minded people and this project can be put together with ease.

Am I missing anything? I'd like some feedback because I really think this is possible
