This is my first blog on Pokecommunity and I am going to make it semi-decent at best/boring and unworthy at its worst.
I'd like to start off with, how much I like poison type pokemon.
Not just poison by itself, that is good, but dual is what I am after!
Poison/Bug types are AMAZING.
if anyone remembers the faithful and heartwarming days of Venonat.
He was cute as heck, and pretty big for his size.
Couldn't fit him in a box. No you couldn't at all...
His moves, though simple, were effective when used with powders.
Causing lasting damage and confusion was this pokemon's specialty.
Though rather "weak" in stats overall.
He got the job done in the end. And I was thankful to have him on my team.

A bugs life be thee
busy and all over wild
that time be thee spring
in your step, that twist of the neck
a bug in need of a hug
adoration at the most
fulfilling to their own
natures way of grown
in the sands
I have a plan
to conquer and commit thee
to the way of the insect
the prison without walls
that life of plenty
loved by none
except for one
