Soo... what do you guys think of the Disney Kids?

Honestly, I'm still shocked at how these people don't needs to have talent to suceed the world of showbusiness as long as they have a merchandise centered bussines empire (Also know as Disney) brainwashing the youth into liking them and their rewrites of ever teen pop song ever done.

    But that's just me~♥! :3

The only Disney Kids I enjoy watching are Cole and Dylan Sprouse from the Suite Life of Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck, and the cast of Wizards of Waverly Place. Although now I think I'd rather watch the Suite Life than Wizards...

I find that they are not talentless. Most people who say they are are jealous and I am pretty sure they could not pull off the acting as they do. Stop hating people. But when it comes to the singing you may be right. Only a few of them really have talent in that area.

We stopped getting the Disney channels way before any of this live action stuff happened, and I'm actually really glad. It all seems kind of rubbish.

    Please do not get me started on High School Musical. ;;

I have to admit, I actually really like the show about the wizards. xP Makes sense, though. It's the only Emmy-nominated show on Disney.

The only vocalist that really stood out to me was Lovato. She does have talent, but I watched her perform the National Anthem and... well she really needs to control the big voice she has. Cyrus sounds a lot better in country music, but I still don't really like her for some reason. Gomez and Musso have a typical pop voice; nothing special there. Osment should just quit. If I'm not mistaken, they even made a Hannah Montana episode that emphasizes Osment's inability to sing. Later they turned her into somewhat of a singer. @_@ Tisdale isn't that bad though. I think she actually has the ability to sing really well, but she doesn't apply it so it sounds a little weak in some songs (high notes in Its Alright, Its Ok).

    The Jonas Brothers

Omg. D: HORRIBLE. They have like, no vocal ability at all. And tbh, they sound like they're really pushing their voices when they sing... and that makes them sound like they're constipated or something. You know what I'm talking about... They're voices just aren't pleasent to listening too. It sounds like they're in pain in every song they sing. D8< Moaning... yeah that's a good word to describe them.

And don't even get me started on High School Musical...

Anyways that's just my opinion on them.

Wizards of Waverly Place is great, but the thing is, it was funnier at the begining. It's getting to be more annoying, especially Alex. You know a show is bad, when you absolutely detest the main characters. Then again it could be worse...it could be Sonny with a Chance (or as I call it, Sonny with a Blargh) or Jonas. Honestly, I hates the Jonas brother from the beginning, when they got a Rolling Stone cover I decided I had a vendetta against them. XD

I didn't like it when Disney made all these non-cartoon series, I was fine with Pirates of the Caribbeans but the others are bit lame. Disney should stick back to their old stuff like Aladdin, I'd want to watch new episodes of Aladdin but not stuff like Hannah Montana.

Tween/teen stars isn't something new for Disney. This goes way back to the original Mickey Mouse Club.

I wouldn't say talentless. Just...so insanely popular that it's annoying

Yeah, but with most stuff in the 80s and 90s (and even before with the 50s-60s Mickey Mouse Club), it was actually good. I mean let's look at Miley Cyrus. I won't say she is the worst singer ever (she has a bit of talent), but she can't act and she plays the typical main character role in every Disney Channel show. The mildly adjusted High or Middle school teen who:
    A. Desperately wants to be popular
    B. Thinks popularity is overrated.
Thank goodness Disney at the very least has shifted more towards B as a great message to kids. Though it would be nice if they made a better plot.

Well yeah. Of course all the shows are going to follow that premise. That's what appeals to the demographic they're aiming at.

Y'know, I believe some of them are truly talented. Demi Lovato is a great singer, co-writes/writes most or all (Not sure on that) her own music, sings live, puts on a great performance and isn't that bad an actor either. Some on the other hand are just talentless beyond belief. Mitchell Musso is a great example, he tried to branch out into music because he was forced too buy Disney. The music was rubbish, he didn't sing live and had no stage presence.
