Chiramii needs to stay as is, i dont think it would look very cool evolved. :/ And im really hoping Megaroko gets a Hippowdon-ish evolution. a big scary Crocodile would be awesome :D

But it rains the most in the spring. D:

    Problem solved!

    Spring- water
    Summer- fire
Fall- GROUND ( think about it, fall is when all the crops get harvested, leaving a bunch of barren dirt fields, etc. The leaves dry out and fall off, etc.)
    Winter- Ice

actually it rains most in fall in the usa.

spring could be other than water, possibly:
flying, or poison due to it havin the most wind& pollen :)

    otherwise i agree live-sama

Climates differ even in the same country...

Here in Idaho it is dry mostly all year until the winter.

I hope Munna evolves into a Psychic Elephant, no joke. It will be a complete raep machine. I'm saying this would be good because I like Munna, but I really hope i don't have to face Munna's final evo if it gets one.

i know, go to seattle where it never stops raining it seems. Or the desert regions in AZ and cali where it never rains.

Id really like that, honestly. A giant Pink Elephant with the temperment of Godzilla. Like a stronger Donphan, since thats the closest thing to a big powerful elephant poke. (mamoswine doesnt count it's a wooly mammoth)

  • Plus mamoswine doesn't have a trunk.
Anyway I hope the heart shaped fish with hand like fins is a luvdisc evo, and that it is good. That would just add another good water type to choose from. So yeah how the heck are we gonna know whether or not everything is really all that good? We're probably just gonna have to try it out. For all we know all these new pokemon, some of which look good, may all be crap.

I think Kibago's fully evolved form is Ononokusu, their features greatly relate wen u look closely, they both have tusks, and Ononokusu definitely looks like a dragon-type to me, this picture might explain further:

    Is there some resemblance?

A final form starter that wasn't obtained in the Dream world not having Overgrowth, etc. is doubtful though...if it is Grass/Dragon it will have Overgrowth still, at least that's what I think :)

I don't think so. While the things you pointed out are sorta similar, they're just too different. Left reminds me of a dinosaur. Right reminds me of some creepy bug... plus, when it evolves I expect the left one's signature horn to stay. (sorry I dont learn any of the names until the english version!)

Personally, I think our Caterpie clone will evolve into some sort of butterfly (totally need to memorise that name) and end up similar to generation 1. Though... I'm really hoping Koromori doesn't get an evolution though.
Well due to Kurumiru's classification being "Sewing Pokemon" I'm assuming it's a silkworm.
In that case if it has an evolution it would probably be a silkmoth. :3
Sorry if anyone has already said this, I can't be bothered to look at every post.

That resembles a Digimon evolution if you ask me... The tiny little creature turning into this heavily armored beast that barely resembles it's previous form. I dunno, just a thought. XD

The Shikijika idea is amazing! ... Eevee-wannabe anyone? :x
To be honest for once it looks like about 70% of this generation doesn't have an evo or a pre-evo for that matter...
Therefore I don't have a new idea to contribute at this time. </3

Well I guess it might seem creepy for that little thing evolving into that giant :P, but I'm saying maybe it's a stage 2 evolution. The main feature that caught my eye is that both have tusks but Ononokusu has retro ones with red blades on them.

Yeah, If Onokusu turns out to be the gen 5 pseudo-legend then it would be a stage 2 evolution, and the change wont be as drastic.

  • I honestly don't see how they possibly can be related. Just because there's three bird Pokemon shown, doesn't mean they're all related. It might be something like Mamepeto is the Pidgey, Swana is... I dunno... and then Wooguru is the Fearow? That's my theory. But they are definitely not related.

Mamepato was seen flying around with Swanna. Mamepato is gray and ugly and Swanna is elegant. The ugly bird turning into an elegant one goes hand in hand with some myths and folk lore.

Evolution lines don't have to make sense if they are based on stories.

Well that can be but I remember that they showed many different species of pokemon swimming and flying together in the anime, especially the movies before.

  • I think these are possibilities:

    1. Mamapato evolves into Habooto which evolves into an unknown Pokémon.
    2. Mamapato evolves into Habooto which evolves into Swana.
    3. Mamapato evolves into Habooto which evolves into Swana if female or Wooguru if male.

The reason being is because Wooguru and Swana seem like opposites. No better way to get rivals then having split evoltions, as science fiction has taught us over and over again.

Also, Swana flying with Mamapato is a really good hint towards a connection between the two. However, it's still possible that it means nothing. Wingull have been shown flying with Tailow (as well as Starly) in the anime. So.. :(
