They way you've worded Rollout is wrong. The effect would only add 10 damage on the next turn, not every turn thereafter. It would have to say something like, "as long as Electrode is your Active Pokemon, this attack does 10 more damage," or even something like "If you used Rollout on your last turn, this attack does 10 damage plus 40 more damage."
