To be honest, this pic looks certainly better than the others. But as I have to give critisism too, I'll be giving you some points that may help you to make better sketches.

1) The nose and the eyes just don't feel right. Its just that it doesn't appear to have something. Its as if its lacking in life. You can correct it by concentrating on the shading.

Other than that, its simply superb. ;D I'll be showing you my drawings once I get hold of that darn camera! XD
