Will there ever be a way to get into this cave?

It's a town with a fly position right?
Well, when u get fly, put it in there and u could go into the cave! ;)

well you can go in there in beta 2, you see rustboro is the location of the 4th gym, and the beta1 ends at the 3rd gym. to keep people from getting to the area around rustbor i blocked off three places, you will understand when you play the game :D
