Mega Kingdra Level 2(Don't take it as an insult, it's a praise, believe me).
Aside from darkening her color, you can also make her 'head/neck' more crystal flake-shaped to emphasize the improved controlling of ice powers. As well as giving her more streamline appearance by splitting those fins for upper part and lower part, to show off her ability to control and move through water! :D 8/10
