how do you change the title screen on emerald i only found the rayquaza

There's a pointer to that image. I posted that pointer in the Rom Hacking Discussions thread. You can then repoint the picture wherever you want (make sure it's word aligned though). Then, make a RAW file by using PTC and save where the original RAW data was : D
