Does that kind of stuff interest you? Because I was itching to recommend AIPS in your thread since it runs on Mac, but I didn't have any binaries built... But if you like that kind of stuff, I can definitely show you how to compile it if you want. (If you are still looking for something that works natively of course. If you aren't, just ignore me...)
