plus r4s were invented to originally keep backups of your games in case they corrupted, you can legally have the roms if you own it... now if nintendo bricks someones system and they bring out the copy of the game the receipt and the r4 saying it was for back ups guess how much trouble nintendo is going to be in? If they risk it they are a lot stupider than microsoft but i hear theyre already doing it with their wiis in some way so it will eventually bite them, i hate cheating but i am paranoid and keep an r4 so if my game mucks up i dont have to spend a lot of money on another copy of my game.

i doubt they will, if you pay for a system which is advertised as having online play etc and you buy it then they cut you off thats like what microsoft tried to do and they didnt get to keep it once they got sued. its false advertising and with holding a service paid for which is pretty illegal itself :)

i think thats scare tactics as they could never get away with breaking a console after the owners paid money for it, it becomes their property thats like selling someone a car and because they modify it you wreck it you wouldnt get away with it. also there are ttds and orther carts that work with it.

i send my pokes to a friend whose ds works with pokecheck.org and he sends me the results :)
