Depends on the generation you want, for gen 2 Pokemon Prism is excellent, gen 3 has Emerald genesis and Blazed Glazed, Renegade Platinum is my favorite for gen 4, Drayno's Black and white hacks are also probably the best for gen 5, hard to go wrong with anything Drayno made.
