I read you're having problems trading; I also had issues at first trying to trade with Eevee, but I sent her a PM quickly from my phone (I was at a restaurant) saying to change the Primary DNIS to 8.8.8.8 and Secondary to 8.8.4.4 (these are public Google DNIS addresses and subject to their TOS). Trades went no problem after that. I suggest you try that and it should resolve the problem, as it would work for anyone.
