You looking for the Event Keldeo? It came with a PP Max, and I've been cloning it holding said item (not to mention cloning over clones to collect a few items of my own for the E4 run so I can restore the PP before the Champion). While I usually send it that way, I'd have to clone the Power Bracer or Power Belt (if I have it, I'm missing one Power item so one of those I definitely have if not both). With that said, play in the Battle Subway and you can actually buy the Power Items there as well. :)

But yeah, I have the EB Games Keldeo already cloned a couple of times and ready to transfer with a PP Max if interested.
