I joined this site pretty much just for ROM hacking. I had wanted to do every aspect of it, but mapping was the only one that really stuck with me. I didn't start making decent maps until about a year ago. Before that I just stayed in the Map Rating Thread, rating every map that was posted, and eventually I knew enough about mapping that I was able to make some pretty good maps.

I dunno. lol
