I only have female Bold Eevees for nonHA and one female Timid HA Eevee that I found but it won't have 4 IVs.

You can trade me anything in return you want to. Do you want an Eevee with it's HA? I have Bold and Timid Eevees with 4 IVs that have their HA and some that don't. Also have some Eevees with 5 IVs that are nonHA. All HA Eevees are male though since I've already traded all my females away.
