I'm afraid you can' t really request for a ROM hack to get done. You can try to form a team, but if you're not going to try and do some work yourself I doubt anyone would actually make a hack for you because you asked. I suggest trying ROM hacking out yourself, first. The things you want to do might not be as complex as you think!
