I'm sorry but I don't know about the randomizer or cards at all since I haven't played the randomizer mode yet and not yet well-versed with the card system.

Also, AFAIK, Stochastic (the creator of the game) said that this is the final version and further updates will be very unlikely, furthermore he's working on another game atm. Hopefully, we do get a conclusion because this game is utterly fantastic.
