Everyone seems to bring up cycling to new characters a lot. Ash is definatly long overdue. Has he even aged? The creators should at least show him growing older by now... Maybe they should have alternatives, such as how the manga did so. The manga went through new characters, not focusing on a...

neat idea :D It would be nice if they had two separte journey's going on. For example, they had Ash and his friends in a few episodes, then they turn to another character's point of view for a few more episodes. Switch it a little, so they don't completely loose Ash.

Gosh, the Pokemon Chronicles need to return. :D Like previous comments say, the routine they feed us is getting stale. Not to mention, Ash does seem more annoying in the show. I wouldn't mind getting a new main character, because Ash has had his time on the anime to show us what he could do...

Wally is darn adorable. I recall I was annoyed by the boy when I first played emerald, but since I began to read the manga, my point of veiw about him changed so much. He is definatly sexeh ;3

Water used to be my all-time favorite type. Since I was growing up with old school Pokemon, Misty was my favorite character...which means I grew into liking water types more. I still very much like them, but other types are good too.

Torchic is cute, and personally, I chose it to be my starter particularly because of that. I find its evolutions average compared to others. Though, through my experiences in the game, Blaziken is one of my powerhouses, so its hard to say something bad about it.

For me, its has to be Misty from Kanto. Possibly, Winona of Hoenn. They're all nice though, in their own ways.

My favorites are pretty pathetic at offence battling, so I don't use them on my teams. Though, I keep them on my team as long as I can until I find a certian place and time where I won't need them anymore.

I consider Butterfree very lucky on my count. My favorite must be Ditto... :3
