Where can you catch a feebas or milotic? I tried looking both up in the pokemon locations text and they don't appear to be in there.- 00f

i know y'all probably been asked this a million times, but how do i apply the new patch on a mac? Lunar.ips won't open for me and the multi patch tool doesn't seem to work. (EDIT): Okay I figured it out after about an hour of trial and error. I got the razor claw on route 111 (thanks for that...- 00f

Im confused about how it says "razor claw wherever scope lens was before". Does that mean the razor claw can only be found in the battle frontier and i am not able to evolve my sneasel until i have beaten the elite four?- 00f
