The maps are supposed to be the original Fire Red maps just in Emerald. Anyway, it's an interesting concept and I'll be checking this out.

The tree tiles are little bright for me, near the top, may I suggest a slightly darker green? Also, I find the tree tiles a bit oddly shaped, but not a major problem. Additionally, you misspelled very as veyr on the first post. I'd like to ask if Zangoose is the starter Pokemon?

I like the new overworlds. The tiles,though, look rather odd to me, particularly the long grass tile. It just doesn't look good to me. Also, why have you been changing rom bases so much?

The sea tiles look odd to me, as well. Besides having cramped maps is obviously bad. I mean connecting Pewter City and Viridian City is just bad. What happened to Viridian Forest ?
