    Adding effects to type ???

    Ok, so I attempted to edit the ??? type to change it's strenghts and weaknesses. I did this using the Gen 3 tool programm and the tye effect editor. Thing is, when I tried to test the effects out, the ??? attack did so litte damage and did not hit the pokemon super effective, that has the type...
