This is tricky, and might involve hex coding. Anytime you involve editing sprites you're using hex, look up a video tutorial of that, I assume you're new to this. As far as making HMs deletable, you'll have to use a program, there are so many programs for gen 3 out there that can edit moves...

It all depends on what your intent of making the game is, if your goal is to have a perverted humored game then yes, but if the characters aren't comic relief but cussing up a storm it'll drive people away; truth is, unless it adds comic relief or substance the game, cussing is just filler...

The last legit Pokemon game I played was Pokemon Platinum on my DSIXL. Last Pokemon game overall was Pokemon Emerald on the Emulator. Gen 3 is my fav, so I like to play on a bigger screen. I wish I could get a gamecube with the gba port!! MMm man that's the true way to play GBA games in general!!!
