    Which game had the toughest gym leaders?

    Emerald had the toughest gym leaders on average for me too. There were no gym leaders in that game that I could count on to sweep, as compared to any other game where there are two or three tough gym leaders and everyone else goes down easily so there is hardly even time to see how they battle...
