    Why does Gastly miss like 90% of his attacks?

    Every time I try to use Hypnosis with Gastly he misses like 4 times in a row, then manages to land the 5th attack. Once I actually put the pokemon to sleep they usually wake up in about 1 or 2 turns. Awesome -_-
