Well Here I have a problem with that editor too and that is like which file to open I mean like are a million files which one should you choose to open it. I'm think missing something obvious and its kinda stupid to think I can't figure out how to use a single editor.

I was gonna start making my first rom hack and I download all the tools. All of them were working fine but then I tried Advance Trainer and I found out that it does not open. I mean it does but only for a second. It opens the window for a split second and closes. I don't think this is a issue...
