    Why not Jolteon?

    I use Jolteon as my starter in about half the games I play! He's one of the fastest pokemon, especially in the earlier games. It learns excellent techniques on its own, so you don't really waste any good Tm's on it, and has decent stats. I also like the fact that it learns Pin Missile, which...
