    I’m sorry if this has been answered I looked it up and couldn’t find it. Is Raikou supposed to show on the Dex after your 2nd encounter or no? I took a bit of a break after beating the E4 and getting the Entei egg so I definitely should have seen it twice but I just can’t remember. Thank you...
